Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be within 24hrs of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. This means that return will only be processed if;
it is determined that the product is not damaged while in your possession the wrong product different from the ordered product has been delivered
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com and place the item securely in its original packaging.
Please note, Merchant will be responsible for all return delivery charges if the merchant is at fault. Buyer will be responsible for all return delivery charges if the buyer is at fault. Delivery service provider will be responsible for all delivery charges if delivery service is at fault.
After receiving your returned item and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange item. Please allow at least 24hrs from the time of receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you once your returned item has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Perishable food Faulty goods at the cost of the client The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
