Do I need an account to look around?
No. Browse every shop and product freely — you only sign in when you're ready to order or message a shop.
How do I pay?
At checkout, pick whatever the shop accepts: Wave, Afrimoney, or cash when you collect.
Do you deliver?
Orders are collected from the shop. The app tells you the moment yours is ready for pickup, and you can message the shop to arrange a time.
How do I start selling?
Download the app, sign up as a merchant and set up your shop — products, opening hours and how you take payment. Questions about plans? Message us on WhatsApp.
Something wrong with an order?
Message the shop from the app first — they're usually the quickest to fix it. If you still need help, chat with us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out.
